Our return/exchange system is designed to provide you with the best service while ensuring that the goods we receive remain of the same quality as when they were first shipped.
The sales of promotional, seasonal, discontinued, clearance items and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the return or exchange is not applied for in accordance with the following requirements, the return or exchange will be invalid. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance to ensure the most timely resolution.

Cancel
We allow customers to cancel orders before the products are dispatched. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
However, if the product has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order for you.
Return/Exchange conditions
All items must be returned in their original selling condition, undamaged, unwashed or unaltered, and all labels must still be attached.
All items must be returned together with their original packaging boxes.
All items must be returned in one package.
Returns/exchanges must be processed using the same service as the original delivery.
We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country/region where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders shipped to the United States must be from the United States.
Customized goods cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping fees will be at your own expense).
If the product shows signs of wear and tear or has been used or its original condition has been altered, we reserve the right not to accept any returns or exchanges.
How to return the goods or the entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to start the return process and provide the following information

Videos or photos proving defective products
Step 2: After contacting customer service to obtain the return address, please pack the products and spare parts and contact the Courier company to pick up the goods.
Step 3: Hand over the package to the Courier. After the Courier has inspected the returned items, please safely close the package.
Step 4: After the Courier picks up the package, please take a photo of the return tracking number and send it to him/her via email
Refund
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically returned to your credit card or the original payment method, which usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
Exchange goods
After receiving and reviewing your returned goods, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of the exchange.
If your exchange is approved, we will assist you in reissuing the updated item within 5 working days.
